San Carlos staff are friendly and helpful. Overall my experience living here is good. My only complaint would Read Morebe that the rent is raised about $100 yearly which makes it hard to stay ling if you are not prepared.

The complex was fine when I moved in. Things got substantially worse after a few months of living at San Carlo Read Mores. They kept turning the water off to make repairs, parking was always scarce after 6pm, children kept running and screaming around the whole building, and our neighbors were extremely noisy. I left the minute the lease was up and I'm glad I did.

- over 5 management changes during my 1yr living there
- awful maintenance sup lied constantly, claiming he
Read More did not receive messages even though I saw them on his phone. he was slow to fix things or refused to fix them, & after we reported him to management several times he keyed my husband's car
- loud obnoxious kids
- several apartments had too many tenants; one had 4 adults & 4 kids in a 1br
- not enough parking, and when we were not notified of policy changes, our car was towed

Management - Quality of management has fluctuated greatly in the 3+ years I have lived there(2009-2012). Manag Read Moreement staff keeps changing but quality of service has not improved. While some rules are adhered to with no consideration for genuine circumstances, other rules are left lax causing discomfort to the community as a whole. Maintenance Staff - Maintenance staff was extermely nice and went out of their way to acoomodate. Parking - Inactive management led to unauthorized parking.
