Management kept changing, they don't respond to your questions, concerns, and repairs in a timely matter.
Read MoreDirty building.
Keep changing the rent price.
They don't two for you if someone is parked in your parking space, they actually don't even care.
After I moved out they sent me bills charging me for repairs that they decided to do where there was no damage, and basic upkeep, as well as accusing me of missing rent, and staying a few days after I emptied the apartment and turned in the key.

There were 3 things that needed to be taken care of when I moved in. A year and a half later when I moved out Read Morethey had not been done. The office staff was not attentive. The whole experience from start to finish was awful starting from before I moved in. The management company was difficult to deal with. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Management at Tarzana Springs changed approximately 5 times in the 4 years we lived there. Few of the managers Read More seemed to know what they were doing. Hole in bathroom wall for almost 2 years, even though we repeatedly contacted management to fix it. Neighbors were rude and noisy, and management did nothing to remedy the situation. When we moved, we were charged upwards of $2,000 for "damages" which are part of normal wear and tear according to the state of California. This is done to everyone.

The building is rather dirty, not the fault of the maintenance staff but the fault of the management for allow Read Moreing tenants to obtain large dogs (over the 20 lb limit). The dogs urinate all over the hallways, stairs, elevators etc......and it creates a horrible odor. Apart from that the building is nice, most tenants are friendly and the swimming pool area is fantastic.
