I have lived there for almost 3 years now and the neighborhood is good quiet except for out upstairs neighbor Read Morealways stumping their feet and we never complain.

I have lived in Driftwood Apartments for almost 3 years. Every year the rent is increased. Now i am being char Read Moreged for water and garbage, however i do not see any additional garbage collections. I recently moved into a larger apartment. I have had nothing but issues with it.

We do perform a detailed analysis of our local market each month to ensure that our rent prices are in line. Sadly, as with many local communities, rising utility costs have made it difficult to absorb the full cost of utilities, so residents now pay for services received. Alejandra R., Community Director

Read Morebage. there are women in the office that are rude and as soon as my lease is up im moving. I also don't like the fact that I have to go thru the process of starting all over to move to a different apt. in the same complex.
