We strive to be fair and straightforward at all times, so we regret your dissatisfaction. We give vacating residents move-out checklists and offer pre-termination inspections to alert them to visible deficiencies. We charge only to correct deficiencies remaining at move-out and provide details on all charges. I enjoyed living there. It was a good price for what you pay for in the area for an apt. I didn't move back be Read Morecause of the front office staff.

I really like to safe enviroment and the pools and fitness center. I only gave a average rating because now I Read Moream being charged a pet rent for both of my pets, I am being charged a lot of money for sewer,water,and trash now. And of course the rent goes up considerably every year. With all of these new charges you would think we could catch a break some how. But that doesn't ever seem to be the case at Creekside (money hungry I guess!)

You may be unaware that pet friendly communities incur higher maintenance costs, which are only partially covered by pet rents, or that with recent increases in utility prices, many communities must now charge residents for these services.
