I would of loved to stay there if my rent stayed the same at $1350, Great location for us but unfortunately we Read More could not afford the increase in rent! Miss my Apt.

The plus about these apts., is the area. Super convenient. Also, the grounds are kept up very attractively. Th Read Moree negatives, the office staff is hit or miss, the fans in the bathroom are ridiculously noisy..I know that sounds minor, but I am not exaggerating, if someone leaves one on all night next door, you are not sleeping. Also, be warned! They do not tell you until you go in to sign the lease, that there is a community bill which amounts to an additional 45 to 50 dollars a month.

The pool is sometimes poorly maintained. The hallways are often dirty. There is dog residue in hallways.
