Everything is well kept and well maintained. Family friendly and comfortable. Price is higher than advertised Read Moredue to shared utility costs.

Thanks for letting us know that you find us family friendly and well maintained. It is our goal to provide excellent service at all times. We are sorry that you find the utility charge expensive, but your apartment is separately metered so your bill is just your share of the monthly bill for the property and is reflective of actual usage. We have no control over utility charges, but last year we did install ultra low flow toilets in each apartment to reduce costs and conserve water.

It is a nice place, except it's way to expensive to live here. The amount of rent is not worth the place hones Read Moretly. Also, we are told how to use our balconys and living spaces which isn't fair. Paying almost 2000 to live here and I'm not aloud to use my space how I want is ridiculous.

We are sorry that you are disappointed with the allowable uses for your balcony. We review the rules regarding permitted uses of the balcony with each new resident at move in. These rules may seem unduly restrictive to you, but they are designed to assure each resident a safe, quiet environment in which to live while maintaining the visual appeal of the building. For example, charcoal BBQ's are not permitted as they are a fire hazard and the smoke can be annoying to neighbors.
