Certified Resident

The apartments were advertised as new but in actuality they were very rundown. We had many appliance failures Read Moresuch as heating,cooling,light fixtures, &fireplace. Property management and maintenance staff were slow in resolving issues and left us without heat in the middle of December as well as left us with warped door jams for almost the entire year we were there.
upon signing a 1year lease, property management attempted to make it a 13 month lease without our knowledge and falsified documents.
