Moved in here September got a great deal on a 2 bedroom apartment was able to move in the following day. First Read More and foremost they showed me and my room mate a model of the apartment it looked very decent, it had a very small kitchen but I was able to overlook that since I was in need of this apartment asap. Once moved in the apartment did NOT look like the model the paint was layered on all over the walls and cabinets they are now chipping off. The caulking is also cracking all in the kitchen Not even a week after moving in there were roaches. We advised the Manager she offered to put us on the list to be bombed each week. They did it once and never again they are still charging us fees for pest control each month. Recently it has been raining bad and the roof is cracking and getting brown spots we have went in and told the manager multiple times and not once has anybody from maintenance came to inspect it. The bathroom sink is now leaking and we are getting mold in the shower. In the beginning we let the managers know about the fans in the bathrooms she said she would put a work order for new ones and never did that happen. Living here has been a hassle. Each month they try and charge us more and more. for the price of this Apartment it is NOT worth living here. The only cons of living here is nice and quit most of the time except the occasional party's from the house across the street but that's not the problem. The problem is the management. I really doubt when our lease is up they will even give us a cent from our deposit. There are three buildings and the one we are in looks the worst of the three. I never write reviews on anything but had I known about this place before I moved in I never would've considered it. Hopefully they can fix the problems so for future residents don't have the same issue.
