The neighbors are not friendly. The walls and ceiling are paper thin - definitely not worth the high rent. The Read More renovated bathrooms are cheap and the basin drains smells really bad!

Beautiful place to live! you have your own parking, gated community, access to fitness room and of course the Read Moretwo pools! Compared to other apartments in the area this gave you the most for the best value. I really enjoyed our time here.

Complex is loud and dirty-- with my patio door open (and sometimes closed) I can often hear my neighbors yelli Read Moreng at each other, and other uncomfortable sounds. Balcony drains all unload onto the first floor patio area. Inconsiderate neighbors leave their trash on their balconies leaving it to blow down onto my patio, or they simply toss it down there, along with their cigarettes. Residents often neglect to clean up after their pets. Limited privacy, several rude office staff members.

My only serious complaint is that I had a bicycle stolen from the parking structure with no response from the Read Morecommunity. There is no place to store a bike, or no racks to chain a bike to. There are also no security cameras in the parking structure to keep this type of activity from happening. Disappointing to say the least.
