It would depend on the amount of money I pay for rent. I have been living in the Windsor since the 1st year i Read Moret was built. I see all the new apartment buildings built and continuing to be built as taking the market share. When I see people walking around with someone at the front desk and viewing the property, I will rave about the property and say how long I've lived here. People pay attention to that but will not say a word if my rent goes up. I think the rent should be slightly lower than the other properties based on age of the building and location relative to the newer properties
