We are conveniently located near the Westgate Shopping Center where Raleys is located.
We have two sparkling swimming pools, a sauna and a bubblie spa for your summer enjoyment. We have five laundry rooms spaced out throughout the community, one assigned cover parking space for each apartment home and on site management and maintenance to take of your needs in a timely fashion.
All of our apartment homes have all your major kitchen appliances; dishwashers, garbage disposals, self cleaning ovens, two door frost free refrigerators, central air/heat, ceiling fans in the dining rooms and mini blinds throughout. We pay all water, garbage and sewage.
We are a pet friendly community. There is an additional deposit of $500.
Our rental office is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, and we are also open on Saturdays from 10am-3pm. Gives us a call and we will be happy to answer any of your questions or stop by and one of our staff members will be happy to give you a tour of our community. We are located right off W. Court on either Sonoma Way or Ashley Ave.
