They don't fix much and when they do it takes forever. They don't enforce cleaning up after themselves. Their Read Moreamenities are rarely open and in poor condition. Some apartments are nice although they have many holes which lead to mice that they don't take care of. Some apartments are terrible. The neighbors have been friendly as well as the staff. There are also plenty of parks and shops to go to within walking distance.

Maintenance calls take 2-3 weeks, it is very frustrating to come home to a wet floor or something broke and it Read More takes weeks to get fixed. The kids around there are not supervised very well, there is sort of bike rack for kids bikes.. Just not the best place to be..

I had an infestation on Hard Tick Chiggers, and their exterminator couldn't see them. I lost everything I owne Read Mored running from that dump because it was all infested. They still don't believe me, but I have proof. I just bought new furniture and a new (used) computer, and it's all gone, trashed. The management doesn't care, and everyone I knew that lived there couldn't wait to get out, and the bug problem was not just in my apartment. There were people there that went to my church with bugs

, office manager and staff needs some training in customer service. Apartments need to be updated. The gym a Read Morerea is bad, needs new machines and upgrade the room

They are in the process of improving their maintenance issues so I can not give them good as of yet. However, Read Morewe are finally getting results when asked. Also, there is miscommunication between staff here were we have set up appointments or made requests to only find out that they did not schedule or forget and it's been at our disadvantage.
