    Fitzsimons exceeded my expectations with their friendly staff, beautiful and wonderfully kept lounges and comm Read Moreunity facilities, and their easy rent payment system. It is wonderful to have such a great and safe apartment near campus, but yet be affordable for an average student. Happy to be here and a part of this fabulous community.

    I am going on my 4th year here at 21 Fitzsimons and in general have been satisfied. My apartment is beautiful Read More, and if I need maintenance, they are quick to respond. It is quiet, mainly because most of the tenants are students at the University or employed at it or Childrens' Hospital and don't have time to party. I wish I could continue living here forever, but unfortunately, in a few years, I will have to move where it will be more Sr. oriented. I would recommend 21 Fitz to anyone.

    Unable to fix simple maintenance problems, such as simply putting on a new toilet seat. Our faubs to get into Read More various buildings routinely fail, which is an enormous inconvenience especially considering we pay $1600/month for a 900 sq ft 1 bedroom apt. I've had to help handicapped tenants into the building as their faubs do not work; furthermore, the elevators routinely do not work which I have no idea how wheelchair bound tenants get over this problem. Due to the faubs not working tenants have propped open doors in the cold in order to allow themselves to get back in the building, which creates 2 problems; 1, this is a safety concern as we're located in a very bad neighborhood. 2, this makes the temperature very cold within the buildings and isn't something any of us should have to deal with. When we moved in here there were 4 desktop computers with internet access that were free to be used by any tenants, within months of moving in these were taken away and not replaced. This creates an additional inconvenience to all tenants that live here as virtually all of ur are in medical/dental school or employees in the medical field that require computer/internet access. Overall, we are way overcharged to live in this apartment and new additional charges are routinely given to tenants, while the service and facilities here are way below par for what's advertised and what we pay for rent. I personally would not recommend anyone to live here and tell anyone that i meet that this place is an over priced scam that makes your living arrangements horrible. D.J.
