    Fitzsimons exceeded my expectations with their friendly staff, beautiful and wonderfully kept lounges and comm Read Moreunity facilities, and their easy rent payment system. It is wonderful to have such a great and safe apartment near campus, but yet be affordable for an average student. Happy to be here and a part of this fabulous community.

    I am going on my 4th year here at 21 Fitzsimons and in general have been satisfied. My apartment is beautiful Read More, and if I need maintenance, they are quick to respond. It is quiet, mainly because most of the tenants are students at the University or employed at it or Childrens' Hospital and don't have time to party. I wish I could continue living here forever, but unfortunately, in a few years, I will have to move where it will be more Sr. oriented. I would recommend 21 Fitz to anyone.

        As a new member of the 21 Fitzsimons family I would want anyone considering this as your next home to know tha Read Moret the staff is friendly, helpful and professional, the amenities are top of the line, fully accessible and well maintained and the individual homes have high end finishes, offer privacy and allow the benefits of a safe, secure home without the time, effort and maintenance and that owning a home requires. I selected this community because of all of those reasons as well as the safety features and location allowing me access to all the major highways Denver has that I need daily and being close to restaurants, shopping, healthcare etc. I've looked all over the metro area and although there are many beautiful properties I wasn't able to find one that met all of these necessities for my lifestyle.
