The parking for residence is horrible!! In my building there are 4- 1 bedroom apts, 2-2 bedroom apts, 2- 3 bed Read Moreroom apts, and only 13 parking spaces. Each apartment is suppose to only have 2 vehicles and if i do my math correctly there should be at least 16 spaces but, again there are only 13. When people have parties or company residence have to park their cars somewhere else because all the spaces are taken. This is VERY UNFAIR TO RESIDENCE who pay $1000.00 a month rent and have 1 vehicle.

the laundry facility was 1 washer/dryer for 6 units, at the bottom floor, I was on the 3 rd floor, it seemed l Read Moreike it was always being used. there was a fire in the bldg. I was in, we were evacuated and put in a hotel (after I had to call around to find out where and how and what to do) no one from Chelsea Park contacted me. also before the fire, I had 3 separate occasions I saw cockroaches, the management sent someone right away to spray but it was nasty.
