Noisey..maintenance was poor..unresponsive..move out fees where outrageous for small things..ie..New paint cha Read Morerge for a dirty shelf..rude office staff who treat u like they are above you

The staff is not polite and does not respond quickly to problems (with 2 business days). We have gone without Read Moreheat for a week and there was ice on the inside of our window.

It is a pretty peaceful and friendly neighborhood. However, the property management company does have a high t Read Moreurnover rate. They are making improvements to the property and apartments, but it seems that sometimes those take priority over the repair work orders for current tenants. I was going to renew my lease with them and move to a different apartment being as I reside in the smallest unit they have, but due to their rent increases and fluctuations in billing, I find myself reconsidering it.

The office is staff is unorganized,they have lost several things such as notes , payments etc. Several times Read Moregiven the wrong amount for rent and utilities and then it was somehow me fault , NO parking unless you pay more for a spot. Unless you get a remodeled apartment, everything in them is from 1960 and have not been updated. The monday- friday maintenance is quick and friendly but dont have an emergency when the office is closed because it wont get fixed. There is hardly any outside lights

Absolutely horrible. That is how I would describe my apartment. Maintenance is always behind or half jobs done Read More. The leasing office is rude. Changed management and still no real improvement. Parking is now forced charged. Mailed utilities that are paid with rent are commonly incorrect. Just an example, but my heater unit took 4 months to fix, and all they needed to do was call a 3 party repair service.....month's later.
