It is a pretty peaceful and friendly neighborhood. However, the property management company does have a high t Read Moreurnover rate. They are making improvements to the property and apartments, but it seems that sometimes those take priority over the repair work orders for current tenants. Absolutely horrible. That is how I would describe my apartment. Maintenance is always behind or half jobs done Read More. The leasing office is rude. Changed management and still no real improvement. Parking is now forced charged. Mailed utilities that are paid with rent are commonly incorrect. Just an example, but my heater unit took 4 months to fix, and all they needed to do was call a 3 party repair service.....month's later.
