I have a few issues with this complex... 1) Design Flaws- The washing machine is on an exterior facing wall. Read More This means that when doing laundry during the winter the drain pipe will freeze and flood your kitchen multiple times. 2) Parking- If you work a night shift, expect to park on the opposite side of the complex. 3) Power bill- there is a charge that states security light yet 6 months of the past 12 months I've lived there the security light to the entrance of our building has been burned

they use a 3rd party (AUM) for the billing on the water/trash & if you are late by even 1 day they charge a $2 Read More0 fee. Also Coyote Ranch will get you in at a cheap rent for the 1-2 years & then they try to raise the rent by $130 per month on the follow lease.

The walls are thin. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. We have 2 young children and only lived Read Morehere while we were waiting to move into a new house. but it would sometimes be very loud late at night.
