Initially, the management, office staff, and maintenace staff was great.... Over the 3 years I loved there, e Read Morecomplex went through MANY transitions some more seamless than others... The
Big issues I had involved shortcuts that were made when the complex was built. On three separate occasions I was without electricity, water, or both due to "wiring or insulation" issues... Never was I compensated for having an unlivable apartment....
