Lease Terms: The Geneva offers flexible lease terms from 6 to 12 months based upon availability. Shorter term leases may be available but will have a premium. We love your pets: Dogs are $400 with $200 non-refundable. Cats are $300 with $150 non-refundable. Pit Bulls and Rottweilers Restricted and we have a 40 pound weight restriction.
