    Getting better with customer service. Has great potential, need to enforce the rules that most residence foun Read Mored attractive over other communities. Don't be like the other ones, you started with a great vision, went on a waiting list because of those visions and promises. Stay true to your word and it will be the best community in the area.

      I am disappointed that after almost two years the landscaping has never been fixed. For 1895 a month I would e Read Morexpect the grounds around my home to look nice.

            I had a family emergency and was not able to pay my rent on the due date this month. I contacted management an Read Mored explained the situation and they were very courteous and kind. I told them I will be able to pay the full rent and any late fee's associated the next week. I was informed that there would be an additional fee due to the eviction process that will be started by your law firm. This seems a bit extreme. I understand my obligation to pay a late fee but to start an eviction process when I am only going to be a week late seems excessive and unnecessary. I will pay the amount I owe and I apologize for not being on time, but it gives me a less than comfortable feeling about making the choice to live here.
