Eastpointe is definitely a great place to live. The rent is a little high but totally worth it. Nice and big a Read Morepartments, great maintenance/ staff! Recommend this place to students and friends. You're literally close to everything you need (perfect location). Also the grounds have an awesome (always clean) swimming pool, play ground, and tennis courts!

The lack of office staff ever (no one there except 2 days that are appointment only is unacceptable) is quite Read Morefrustrating. It took 2 calls and 4 days to have someone call me back from calling the customer support number. Right now, the only good thing is the maintenance staff. They are responsive and friendly. I have had so many rotating neighbors. I don't think there is a single one left from when I moved into this unit in 2014. Prior, with prior management, I had had, in 5 years, my upstairs neighbor move out. That was it. Rotating tenants in a complex is not a good sign. This used to be a stable complex. It no longer is. Threatening eviction over decorations (no other contact about it) is an unreasonable response. Rent was drastically increased (and does so each year) and paid permit parking has yielded no improvements to the complex (other than a few new signs). The parking lot is in terrible shape (though playing pothole slalom every day is a good way to wake you up). It should have been repaired (read: redone completely, as filling the holes has done nothing) before charging to park in it. Also...the swimming pool image on the website is not the one that is actually in place - that image was edited. And the three that are on the sigh at the corner of Arapahoe and Eisenhower are likewise not from this complex. The complex used to have a feeling of home. It no longer does. I'm actually looking forward to moving out at the end of my lease.
