Some office employees were curt and rude. Several service requests were never documented and thus took months Read Moreto get done. After I resigned my lease they raised the utilities including utilities for the common areas with out warning and to an unreasonable rate. Then after 6 months they added and raised an additional fee to the utilities bill. When the parking lots where redone the residents were given just over 24 hours notice and threatened with towing not considering residents out of town

I am sorry to learn that you encountered any negative experiences with our staff & community. We have initiated protocols on site to address service requests: All service requests are entered by the office & then the office staff does follow up to ensure that services were completed to their satisfaction. Our residents do pay their own apartment utilities, as well as the building, parking & clubhouse utilities. This cost is adjusted based on occupant load & usage.
The charge will fluctuate on a monthly basis. We send out notices a week in advance for community improvements & a second reminder 24 hours before in hopes that this will eliminate any confusion. We understand that this may not work for everyone. I would love to address all of these concerns with you in person so that we may come up with some solutions together. Thank you for your feedback. The staff were extremely rude. We felt unwelcome in our apartment complex.

Apartments are nice and reasonably priced for the square footage. The location is quiet. Convenient access t Read Moreo walking/bike paths. Grounds are maintained.
