The apartments are nice, management staff is friendly, maintenance crew performs work in an effective and tim Read Moreely manner. However, the floors are thin so I can hear everything, including things I don t WANT to hear, very clearly. That s a downfall. Also, the security officers that patrol the property do a fine job but you better have proof of residence if they ask. A few nights ago I was harassed by security for sitting in my car smoking a cigarette since I don t have a balcony. The officer was incredibly rude, judgemental, and sarcastic towards me. He drilled me with questions about whether I actually lived there and said my car looked suspicious and he hadn t seen me before - I ve been living there for 5 months now. I don t appreciate being treated as a liar Or having to prove I live somewhere. Also that officer either had some issues or he was incredibly drunk.
