Pet Policy: Maximum 2 pets per apartment. $25.00 pet rent. $250 pet deposit. Restrictions: Dogs: due to safety concerns we do not allow some bloodlines, please contact the site for a full listing. If your pet resembles any of these bloodlines it could be denied. Exotic and farm animals are not permitted; exotic pets include snakes, gerbils, ferrets, reptiles, etc. Cats: Cats must be spayed or neutered.

We were really excited to move in until a month after month we were let down by many things. We were told at t Read Morehe lease signing the pool would be 24 hrs and when we went to enjoy the amenities we were rudely kicked out before 10 when we were told the times were changed and it happened more than once. Also there is a terrible parking issue causing both our cars to be towed and money out of our pockets.

We are sorry to hear your living experience here at Cobblestone Ridge has not been the best. Our community offers great amenities and we strive to offer convenient hours for their use. The hours for our swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor, are 9:00 AM-11:00 PM. Our winter hours for the fitness center and the fireside lounge are 24-hours. There may have been some confusion as to the hours of the amenities when you moved in.
As for your concerns with parking, we do offer one reserved parking space per apartment with guest parking available for additional vehicles or visitors. There is the potential that a vehicle can be towed if it is parked in a reserved space.

Cobblestone Ridge deserve this rating because it is the best apartment around, I look back and watch how peopl Read Moree come in and out, to be in this apartment. Whenever I tell people what this apartment offers they always wish they were living here, this apartment offers indoor pool that can be used year around, and a Jacuzzi that can help relax those tired aching bones after a long days work, and a sauna all the same, and just getting to know other neighbors at barbeques is really great.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your living experience here at Cobblestone Ridge. As with most apartment communities, we have limited parking & offer reserved parking for our residents. Unfortunately due to limited space we can't add additional parking. We will however, be repaving the parking lot next Spring.
As for your concerns regarding misconduct on the property, if you are noticing this during our business hours, please contact our office so that we may address it. After business hours, we have a courtesy patrol that is available for you to contact to address it. You can reach them by calling our office number at 719-579-6914 & using option 4.

I don't understand why my rent is so high. Considering the fact that I have been told that the shared utilit Read Moreies are based on how many occupants are in each unit, why is my rent over $900 when my wife is currently the only one in the apartment, and why are my neighbors across from me paying less than I am and there are 2 people in that apartment? Why did I have to clean my own apartment upon move-in? Why was it not cleaned before then? My apartment was completely filthy when I moved in.

Thank you for your feedback. The shared utilities are based upon the number of residents in your apartment & we can better assist you if you contact our office directly. As for your concern about the cleanliness, we do thoroughly clean all of our apartment homes before move-in & perform a move-in inspection with new residents on their move-in date. If there are any concerns that need to be addressed, they are done so at that time. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
