The new apartment manager is nice and really helpful. Some of the other ladies on staff, not so much. Overall Read Morenice area, my side of this complex is mostly older people( 40s and 50s) and everyone pretty much keeps to them self. My actual unit is a little dates, but I'm guessing they have upgraded others here. Smokers beware! People do not like cigarettes!! Not many amenities but safe compared to how you feel walking around other apartments in the springs. Very quiet neighborhood

Management and office staff is excellent. Fast response for apartment maintenance problems and fixing the pro Read Moreblems. Landscaping of the courtyard is poor, it is mostly dirt-very little grass. Laundry rooms are not very clean most of the time. The hallways and stairs to the apartments need air-freshness and cleaning more often.

Could use more modern appliances and fixtures as well as doors. Maintenance is ok but would be nice if they f Read Moreixed things the first time vs having to cone back multiple to finally decide to replace it. Wish the grounds were more community involved meaning picnic tables for us to hang out and visit with neighbors.
