Ridgepointe at Gleneagle is close to the city while being far enough away to allow you to enjoy a quiet break. The community offers a state-of-the-art fitness center along with a fully equipped business center and lounge room. Our sparkling swimming pool features a Jacuzzi, fire pit and BBQ grill. The apartments have unique amenities such as breakfast and dry bars, window seats, built in desks, built in book shelves, private Balconies and washers and dryers in each unit.

Pet Policy: Maximum 2 pets per apartment. Restrictions: Breed Restrictions apply. $150 pet deposit, $150 pet fee. $25 per month pet rent.

The facilities are great - only complaint is trash left by tenants and dog droppings.

Agreed, the trash can become an issue if some residents do not put their valet trash canisters outside at the designated time for pick up. We will be sending a reminder to residents to address both the trash and pet waste issue within the next few days. Thanks again.
The staff was efficient. Rent was competitive. Maintainence was prompt. Amenities very good. Location conveni Read Moreent. The best: the valet trash service!!!! The worst: parking...but not as bad as some.

The complex was the cleanest when I moved into my apartment. I didn't mind paying the high rent cost because t Read Morehe complex and amenities were worth it. The staff in the office was wonderful and I loved living there. But since the new management staff came in, things have changed. But with all the updating going on, it has become a hassle. I am paying for amenities that are either blocked off or under construction and all the entrance needed to my apt is crazy and an inconvenience.

Have been inconvenienced many times with recent painting and cement projects. No disabled parking spots at my Read More building. Do not offer the same lease options as prior management company. Fitness center often unkept. Utilities are quite expensive. Poor choice of new color schemes on building exteriors!
