    The lack of prior notification for water being cut off for construction purposes happens way too often. Parkin Read Moreg is hard to find AND no one seems to know it's a one way, the main door to the building is always propped open & a lot by the ppl that work here, there's no security if it's always open, my heating & airconditioning is literally right out the door. My apartment was so dirty & so many
    things that didn't work when I moved in, all written on the initial inspection that I
    never got a copy

    The management at the apartments was the worst that my husband and I have ever dealt with. Communication skill Read Mores were completely lacking. We stayed in a 1 bedroom because the 2 bedroom we were promised was not ready. Which they failed to tell us until 5 days prior to our move in. (We put down a deposit 2 months in advance). They bothered us to fill out an information sheet 3 times because they couldn't get themselves organized. I could go on and on but I'll just leave it here.

    I had numerous issues with the onsite management and management company at that time. Mostly involving a conti Read Morenuous leak in the bedroom and when it came to receiving some kind of compensation or credit for the issue there was no sympathy or care at all!!! I was extremely upset with the apartment complex as I had the same leak right above my bed 3 times and each time the maintenance crew said it was fixed, but then happened again. It was just an absolute nightmare!

    Black mold in apartment and we had two bathrooms neither of them were in working order the whole year we lived Read More there
