Village East Resident
Village East is not an honest place to reside. Maintenance enters the apartments without notice or permission Read Morewhich is against Colorado law. When my lease was up, I asked to reside on a month to month basis until I found elsewhere to move to. Office personnel told me I needed 90 days notice for that and that my lease was up. I moved out on the day my lease expired and was sent a bill for 1200$ for not notifying them I was moving. The lease states something different than what management told me.
