Terms
Lease term range from 6-14 months. We do offer short term leases for an additional short term lease fee, based on availability. Security Deposits are $250 for the 1 and 2 Bedroom apartments and $350 for our 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath Town homes and 3 bedroom Apartments. We do allow both dogs and cats with a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. We require a $150 pet deposit and $150 non-refundable pet fee. Pet rent is $20 per month per pet. Certain breed restrictions apply. Call for details. Credit and Criminal check required.
