Staff is awesome! Unfortunately the things I don't like about the building/location are things that can't rea Read Morelly be fixed. My biggest complaints are the homeless people outside the building, the smell from the trash room that seeps into the elevators, and the window/wall mount AC units that are very noisy. If those things don't bother you, then I would highly recommend the building. You are paying the high price for the extra service which is great. The Valet team is great!
