Dog Policy: 300 Pound Weight Limit. Maximum 2 dogs per apartment. $35.00 pet rent. $350.00 non-refundable pet fee. Restrictions: Our pet friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

      I have been resident here for almost thirteen years and have seen great improvements in every capacity over th Read Moree years and this is the first disappointment I have had for some years. (See above) Otherwise, I have been very happy her although I still feel the monthly surcharge for pets is outrageous!
