We were there for two years. When we renewed our lease, they said they lost our paperwork and that we had to r Read Moreesubmit it as if we were a new tenant or be evicted. Once we moved out, because they lost our paperwork, they said our cat damaged the carpet by peeing on it. After refuting this, they took off the charge but still came up with other excuses to charge us for damages that weren't our fault. Make sure you keep multiple copies of everything and take pictures or face charges.

I will start with the MICE Live and Dead. I had to clean-disinfect carpet and
paid for myself. Disinfect M
Read Moreice Feces /Urine on my washer/dryer,bathtub,toliet, closets and kitchen including but not limited to, counter top, shelves, oven etc.
I asked/demanded that Alton Green moved to another apt while they clean out my
apt. The manager's response was, that they don't do this. I demanded to be moved to a higher apt. I was told by mgmt that I needed to pay all my fees
(again) for another apt.

I enjoy my apartment and I enjoy the community. However, I feel that since this property was bought by AMC Pr Read Moreoperties, things have gone downhill. Rent has gone up dramatically in the past 3 years since I moved in, and it seems that the property management company wants to charge us for every little thing. The apartments are nice enough, but I don't think they are worth what AMC is charging. I am beginning to consider looking elsewhere for a place to live, just because of management.

We have lived at this apartment for about six years, we really enjoy the community here. The location is good Read Morewith cherry creek school district. The value for the money is good and the maintenance and office staff are very friendly and easy to contact. The apartments are bigger than most in the area for the price and the pool, gym, business center are great amenities. Also washers and dryers available to rent!

Still have not fixed issues with apartment from move in day despite nearly 10 written work orders. They do not Read More remove snow in winter and becomes VERY icy. Raised rent $120. Nearly impossible to get office staff to answer phone. Have had fuse box go out 2 times one took 2 days to have fixed again because emergency maintenance wouldn't answer the phone on weekends.
