In my experience, the staff was not very helpful (with the exception of the maintenance crew, who I became ver Read Morey familiar with due to the many problems in my unit). The staff was also found to be very rude and unresponsive, especially in terms of the infestation problems throughout the community. I had to reach out to the corporate offices to receive assistance - they ended up letting me out of my lease due to the infestation problems (roaches and bed bugs were present in my building).

Tenants are misbehaving a lot and constantly vandalizing the property. Since moving in in 2003 I personally ha Read Moreve experienced 8 false fire alarms. Most recently someone broke out the glass in the exit door near my apartment.
