Our lease terms are: Price range is based on flexible lease length and specific move-in date.. Dog Policy: 120 Pound Weight Limit, Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $45.00 pet rent, $350.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Dogs over 30lbs are $55/mo. and dogs under 30lbs are $45/mo. 2 pets allowed per loft; however, only one pet is allowed in the loft if the dog is over 60 lbs. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid Cat Policy: Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, $30.00 pet rent, $350.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: The One-Time Non-Refundable is per pet. Vet records are required.
