Our lease terms are: Price range is based on flexible lease length and specific move-in date.. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details). Cat Policy: Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, $45.00 pet rent, $350.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Small pets (30 lbs or less) are $45/month. Large pets (31 lbs or more) are $55/month. The one-time non-refundable pet fee is per pet. Vet records are required. Dog Policy: 120 Pound Weight Limit, Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $45.00 pet rent, $350.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: 2 pets allowed per loft; however, only one pet is allowed in the loft if the dog is over 60 lbs. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid
