High management turnover suggests they don't value their staff and me and results in lack of any personal serv Read Moreice. Unit is nicely designed but has major flaws including a noisy AC/ heating system that makes it sound like an excavator has been turned on in the apartment. The problem extends to the thermostat which leads to wildly different temperatures depending which room of the apartment you're in. You know it's an issue when maintenance staff admit nothing can be done as the system is "cheap".Note that we are in the most expensive "luxury" 3-bedroom duplex. To top it off, the buzzer/ intercom hasn't worked for 3 years so any visitor has to call using their phone and we have to go down two flights to let them in.
