Overview of Capitol Hill, Denver:
The cleverly named neighborhood of Capitol Hill in Denver is a thriving, bustling cosmopolitan area that contains both Denver’s State Capitol and a prominent hill! Funny how sometimes names are completely literal. Anyway, you don’t have to be into politics to love everything that this vibrant atmosphere provides. As one of Denver’s most densely-populated neighborhoods, this area consists mostly of historic mansions that have been converted to offices, businesses, and apartments. Capitol Hill is now considered to be a popular place to live amongst young professionals due to its vintage charm and newly constructed condos and apartments. While parts of the neighborhood are still in need of some TLC, for the most part this is a walkable area that is conveniently located near other areas of Downtown Denver.
