I really like the floorplans, the location and the amenities at Carriage Place. Trash pick-up is also a great Read More service that I enjoy having as well as snow removal and sidewalk shoveling.

Staff were helpful up until the time you notify you are not renewing the lease. Move out was crazy with unjust Read Moreified charges that they send AFTER you're gone. I have never EVER had to pay any charge at any apartment I have vacated, until this one. Plus, guest parking was a nightmare and even if you lived there if you got home late, good luck finding a parking spot. I do not endorse this apartment.

The office staff was pleasant to work with. The complex was always kept up nice. My only complaint was the w Read Morealls were thin and I could hear my neighbors.
