The consistent steep annual rate increases for long term residents without unit/property improvements creates Read Morea rent far above what the resident would be able to qualify for if just now applying, and leaves seniors on fixed incomes (SSI) with very little fund for necessities. It is very disheartening, and leaves seniors feeling insecure about their ability to remain in their home.

I have lived here for 2 years and have had no problems. Good friendly staff. Whenever I needed something, they Read More were on it right away. There is only one complaint I have. When I first moved in, the value of the rent for the quality of the complex was suitable. Nowadays the rent is reaching heights that higher quality, upgraded, newer apartments are going for that are also in better areas. Its a shame that I might be forced to move because I do enjoy living here.

They will fleece you for any amount of money they can. They will fail to communicate properly changes in amoun Read Morets billed, and penalize you for their poor communication.

Very nice quiet neighborhood, no problems. One thing i would really like is a doggy trashcan/bag dispenser in Read Morethe south west corner of the property possibly near the laundry room or near the Owl tree. My dog often goes to the bathroom in this area and there aren't any other doggy trash cans available like there are for the rest of the property.
