This apartment community is close to a college campus, so many of the residents are college-aged and treat the Read Morese apartments like one giant dormitory. If you are in your early 20's or if you like to party, this is the place for you. They do have a lot of pool parties and food events for the residents, example - free breakfast once a month and pizza parties. Parking is very expensive on the property.
The laundry facilities are not maintained very well - machines are frequently broken.

They have consistently raised the rent year after year and have offered little to no improvements or additiona Read Morel benefits in return. The maintenance, while timely, is unsatisfactory and usually messy. The condition of hallways and common areas in the buildings is also unsatisfactory.

I think it's a decent apartment complex overall but could use some renovations (at least when I lived there - Read More2008 - 2009) and I wasn't particularly fond of the 'type' of residents - often felt like a college dorm / frat house.

I felt safe in the building. I felt safe in the garage. I loved using the gym and the pool.
