Kennedy Ridge Apts have been sold and are under new management. The new owners painted the outside, and added Read Morea few new amenities. I was really hoping things around here would change. It seems to me, the only thing they care about after the lease is signed is making sure they get your rent and finding new ways to put you off for needed repairs. The office staff still seems puzzled when someone comes in overly concerned about needed repairs that have not been addressed in some cases months.

Too many times in my couple of years with you, I have had to boil water in the morning to take a bath because Read Morethe hot water tank was out. I'm glad that it is replaced, but not having hot water for 4-5 days was not fun. It would have been nice if there was some credit for my and my neighbor's inconvience.
I'm glad that you gave the place a facelift, too bad if you look closely it is just lipstick on a pig. It was not fun going through all of the remodeling and having rent go up.

the carpet has been repaired so many times that when I vacuum it pulls and the subfloor is exposed in some par Read Morets, the stove barely works, they fail to adequately address problems. They forget that they are providing homes, not a flop pad, and that the tenants are the source of their incomes.
