Stapleton, CO Neighborhood Overview:

Located about 15 miles northeast of Denver, the up-and-coming neighborhood of Stapleton features a diverse mix of activities, cultures, and communities. While Stapleton is the name of the greater neighborhood, it contains several smaller neighborhoods that have their own distinct identity. For instance, Central Park North and Bluff Lake are both rich in parks and outdoor recreational areas. East 29th Avenue contains most of the Stapleton apartments because of the nearby shopping, the local art scene, festivals, and events. Central Park West features brand new schools and a library as well as easy access to the Denver International Airport. Whether you’re looking for an affordable alternative to living Downtown or you’re looking for a calmer place to settle with your family, Stapleton has a community that will compliment your lifestyle.

Stapleton Apartments & Rental Market

The neighborhood of Stapleton offers such diverse amenities that you can find the perfect apartment to rent whether you need to be close to work, have access to exercise facilities, or desire pet friendly outdoor areas. And compared to more urbanized areas, you’ll appreciate the affordability of the neighborhood as well. One bedroom apartments in Stapleton range between $830 and $1,100 a month, while three bedroom apartments average around $2,200 a month. Not all Stapleton apartments offer three bedrooms, but finding a two bedroom unit is not a problem. Aside from being close to some of the best dining and entertainment Stapleton has to offer, you can expect most apartments to come with luxury features like swimming pools, clubhouse access, and secured communities.

Dining & Entertainment in Stapleton

For a suburb, Stapleton definitely packs in a lot of businesses, restaurants, and things to do. For a delicious meal, you’ll want to check out some local favorites such as Stapleton Tap House, Rocky Mountain Chili Bowl, and The Berkshire. When you’re done indulging in bacon flights (yes, that’s a thing), there are tons of recreation centers and parks where you can burn off that food and enjoy a nature walk. Laugh it up at a comedy show, start your night out with an alcohol infused Tipsy Cupcake, or get a locally brewed beer at the Leopold Brothers brewery.

And, of course, you’re just a short drive away from the hundreds of shops, restaurants, and cultural venues that Denver has to offer.

Pet friendly Apartments in Stapleton

While there are one or two complexes that don’t allow pets, most of our Stapleton apartments for rent welcome your cats and dogs! And once you find the perfect pad, all of your animals needs can be taken care of locally. Places like U-Shampooch, Petsmart, and Stapleton Dog Club have the supplies and groomers you need. Plus there are a couple of great veterinary hospitals in the neighborhood including Banfield Pet Hospital and 29th Avenue Animal Hospital. There is also a dog park where leashes are not required for your dog's allowing them the freedom to roam in a secure area. Digstown has a doggy daycare, kennel services, and a "doggie spaw" to treat your furry friend to a day of pampering and luxury.

Commuting To & From Denver, CO

Good news for frequent flyers: Denver International Airport is only a few minutes’ drive from Stapleton. Bad news for people without cars: you need to get one if you’re living in Stapleton and commuting to other parts of Denver. This neighborhood has access to I-70 which easily takes you straight to the center of Denver. Lowry Air Force Base and the Buckley Air National Guard Base are within a few minutes commute. Aurora and Commerce City are both less than a fifteen minute drive from the center of town and are easy to access from the interstate routes I-36, I-70, and I-40 depending on which part of town you are located near.
