Very nice quiet neighborhood, no problems. One thing i would really like is a doggy trashcan/bag dispenser in Read Morethe south west corner of the property possibly near the laundry room or near the Owl tree. My dog often goes to the bathroom in this area and there aren't any other doggy trash cans available like there are for the rest of the property.

There is nothing that stands out good or bad about this property. The office was always friendly. Sometimes it Read More was annoying if the staff closed early on Fridays or Saturday as I would not get home from work and need to get in to pick up a package or load my laundry card. There were issues such as water line and electric but nothing that badly impacted my unit. I had an AC issue and they were prompt. Loved the park nearby and bike paths

Great location across street from 24 hr Walmart. Bus stop in front. Next to park & cherry creek trail. Walking Read More distance to library/7-11. Very convenient overall. Friendly staff always cleaning!

Air-conditioning and thermostat work poorly. I am also very unhappy with the amount of smokers around me. Read MorePrice is still reasonable, though it has increased rapidly in the past few years.
