Cat Policy: Maximum 2 cats per apartment. $15.00 pet rent, $200.00 pet deposit, $100.00 non-refundable pet fee, Deposit is $300; 1/2 refundable at move out. 2 pets is $500 with 1/2 refundable. Pet rent is $20/month per pet. Dog Policy: 65 Pound Weight Limit, Maximum 2 dogs per apartment. $15.00 pet rent, $200.00 pet deposit, $100.00 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Breeds not accepted: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog. Any mix of the mentioned breeds is not accepted., Deposit is $300; 1/2 refundable at move out. 2 pets is $500 with 1/2 refundable. Pet rent is $20/month per pet. Other Policy: . $0.00 pet rent, $0.00 pet deposit, $0.00 non-refundable pet fee, No poisonous or exotic animals accepted. Included but not limited to: Tarantulas, Piranhas, Snakes, Iguanas, Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits. No birds of any kind are accepted.
