The staff was nice and the apartment too, I didn't mind the traffic noise after all the price was hard to beat Read More and understandably compensated for the highway noise. I heard since then it got new paint outside and the rates went up 30%.

It's right next to 285, that can be both good and bad. It's convienant although not readily acessable, and the Read More high way can be noisy especially ever since they cut the trees down. The staff was great though. And by the way... I never got my rent.com reward card.

Bug problems. Toilets overflowing. I work weekend so when I would get home at 10pm Friday-Monday there would b Read Moree zero parking spaces near my building.

The apartment at Water's Edge was in nice condition at move in. The location is good and near restaurants, sho Read Morepping, groceries, etc. When I lived there I had issues with neighbors who were extremely loud and disrespectful of other residents. The laundry facility was in another section of my building so I had to walk outside with my laundry and into another part of the building which was inconvenient so most of the time I just drove to a laundromat for the cheaper cost of doing laundry.
