New owners have been renovating and upgrading apartments and grounds. We have a fitness center and business c Read Moreenter now. Plans are to include some recreational upgrades in future. I like that when it snows, they keep the walks clear, clear the steps and put salt down (as a personson with some mobility issues, this is very important to me.

I have had issues getting things fixed. Our A/C went out and they kept trying "trial and error" to fix it ins Read Moretead of calling a professional. I finally had to complain to the company that owns the complex, and only then did I get the A/C unit replaced.
Water/Sewer/Trash bills are shared among everyone. You are not paying just for your place. You are even paying the community water bill, when they still water the grounds even during rain/flooding. My average w/s/t bill was about $85-90.

Dog feces everywhere, kids left outside unsupervised. You get charged for water sewer and trash and by water I Read More mean when they decide to turn the sprinklers on 8 hours a day and to drain the pool and ponds once a week so year add an extra $100 to your monthly rent. Not to mention that the upgraded models are done so cheaply its embarrassing. I was told I was going to have hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Nope, it is all fake garbage. Thin walls.
