New owners have been renovating and upgrading apartments and grounds. We have a fitness center and business c Read Moreenter now. Plans are to include some recreational upgrades in future. I like that when it snows, they keep the walks clear, clear the steps and put salt down (as a personson with some mobility issues, this is very important to me.

Slow response to repair request, drafty doors, Windows & fireplace. The apartment was not delivered at working Read More conditions at time of move. Stairs are broken & has been 4 weeks. Stairs have not yet been repaired. Carpets wee not cleaned at time of move as well as screen doors. We have had maintenance that didn't complete their job right. I have kept a list of all that has happened.

The last snow storm. The snow removal was minimal. The steps going up to apartments have been crumbling. Ev Read Moreery time I have renewed contract, it has gone up.
