New owners have been renovating and upgrading apartments and grounds. We have a fitness center and business c Read Moreenter now. Plans are to include some recreational upgrades in future. I like that when it snows, they keep the walks clear, clear the steps and put salt down (as a personson with some mobility issues, this is very important to me.

Maintenance does not leave notice that they have been in your apartment so if you do put in requests for repai Read Morers, you never know if it has been completed.

We are always willing to share status updates on your maintenance requests, so we encourage you to reach out in person whenever you have questions regarding your work orders. Management would also love to discuss this with you and come up with a fun idea to let residents know when their work order has been complete.
When I first moved in the maintenance needs were met immediately. The last few months maintenance has been la Read Morex. There has been an order that has not been addressed in 3 weeks. Also one particular staff member in the leading office is not very nice when talking on the phone with.

Please come see Management as they would love to discuss with you who the person is and what issues remain in your apartment so they can be addressed swiftly.
During their remodel of the apartments they aren't putting in anymore sound barrier, so I hear everything my u Read Morepstairs neighbors are doing (they have a toddler and a puppy). Also since the water, sewer and trash are billed through them, you never see actual usage, this also becomes an issue when they calculate your usage . I as one person who takes quick showers, doesn't use the dishwasher, and makes sure to save as much water as possible is paying over $100 a month! Ridiculous!
