New owners have been renovating and upgrading apartments and grounds. We have a fitness center and business c Read Moreenter now. Plans are to include some recreational upgrades in future. I like that when it snows, they keep the walks clear, clear the steps and put salt down (as a personson with some mobility issues, this is very important to me.

Very Expensive place to live they get you in with move-in specials then after the 1st year of your lease they Read Moresky rocket the rent...But thats not the worst part the walls are so thin i can hear my neighbors flushing the toilet and using the bathroom i even him cough one morning no lie! its really unacceptable especial since we got a couple of noise complaints but I'm not surprised since you can hear everything your neighbors are doing Also the water bill is insane! Plan to pay at least 150

Maintenance does not leave notice that they have been in your apartment so if you do put in requests for repai Read Morers, you never know if it has been completed.

When I first moved in the maintenance needs were met immediately. The last few months maintenance has been la Read Morex. There has been an order that has not been addressed in 3 weeks. Also one particular staff member in the leading office is not very nice when talking on the phone with.
