The maintenance crew and office maintain the grounds well however they are not very coordinated when it come t Read Moreo turning on the sprinkler system...they water daily about 7:30 am when people are still leaving for work and that would be fine only all the sprinkler head are watering the sidewalks where people need to walk to get to the parking lot to their cars and get all wet in the process or walk all the way around the buildings - a bit inconvenient. Overall Hunters Ridge is acceptable.

Utilities were INSANE for the unit that we had. $200+ electric bills for a 2 bedroom apartment on average. Al Read Moreso, several times we had to call off work on short notice due to 24 hour notices to enter, even when advanced notice was requested.

The staff was very helpful in ever aspect of living at Hunter's Ridge from move-in to answering questions. Th Read Moree property is beautiful and it is lovely watching people on the bike paths behind the apartment.

This was a great place to live. I love how it was very secluded from the rest of the city. The apartment homes Read More were very elegant and met all of my family's needs.
