The grounds were well kept, apartments were nice. The people in the office were always pleasant and helpful. I Read Moret was a little rough on the first floor by the creek, because there were always insects coming in, but I can't really fault them for that. The proximity to the elementary school was awesome. We only left because we bought a house.

Overall good. Frustrating to have the fitness center out of commission for so long. Initially I was told there Read More would be a 24 Hour Fitness compensation... turned out to be a 7 days pass. Doesn't do much good when the fitness center is unavailable for 7 months. IF THE FITNESS CENTER AND POOL WERE TO BE CLOSED FOR SO LONG IT IS INSANE THAT THERE IS NO COMPENSATION FOR RENT! WE WOULD HAVE CHOSEN A DIFFERENT COMMUNITY HAD WE KNOWN! Other than that... it's a good community.

While the price of the unit is what drew me in, the condition of the apartment upon move in and the upkeep was Read More a joke. I had problems with a sewage smell from the garbage disposal that never went away in the 2 years I lived there. I had a window that wouldn't open properly that got "fixed" but still didn't properly work. The office staff weren't very friendly either, because I was seen as a "problem renter" since I reported a variety of issues.

During the winter the snow removal was rarely done. Repairs inside the apartment we not looked at quickly and Read Moresome of the residents were questionable.
