My biggest problem is they wouldn't clear the sidewalks of snow or ice near my apartment. They seemed only int Read Moreerested in clearing in front of the office and areas seen by the public when driving through.

With our recent snows we have been diligently shoveling around all sidewalks on the community and lying down ice melt. In our trouble areas maintenance staff has been breaking up the ice patches and lying down ice melt. They do this once in the morning and once at night after refreeze. Thank you for your feed back!
