The location is hard to beat with a few fabulous and relatively unknown food/drink gems in walking distance. T Read Morehe maintenance staff are amazing which is a huge plus in apartment living! The places are decent enough. The insulation is not great and if you live in the first floor it's cold and expensive during the winter. Cold air blows through the walls and outlets and the floors are cold!

This place has been one of the best places we've stayed in. We just won't be able to comfortably afford anothe Read Morer nearly $200 increase in rent. Makes me sad.

"In my year here at The Marks, I have found a peace that I was looking for for a long time. The management ar Read Moree friendly and the maintenance is prompt. The neighbors, well lets just say, I have found that as long as people are happy with their surroundings, then they are comfortable meeting other people. So, for the first time living in an apartment complex, I can say hello to a passer-by without them ignoring me or running away. That's how I know this is a nice place to live. I hope with the pricing wars going down, that the apartment can become a little more affordable."

"As most apartment complexes, there are always a select few people who do not pick up after their pets or have Read More them off leash. I am stuck in a lease where my health is affected because renters are currently allowed to smoke in their apartments, which spreads through the ventilation system. "
